Bağcılar Square Urban Design Preliminary Project

The surroundings of the project site are a dense commercial and residential area and a transfer hub. There is an existing Bağcılar Metro Station, and the site also includes an indoor car park project for 1,158 vehicles to meet parking demand. The project guides pedestrian movement through the transfer hub and supports and renews the commercial surroundings with the use of the square. With specially designed elements, it demonstrates an innovative design approach that is sensitive to the built environment and guides and supports pedestrian movement.
